National Lampoon releasing RoboDoc in limited theaters

National Lampoon announced today, the limited theatrical release of the feature film, National Lampoon Presents RoboDoc, in theaters on September 26, 2008. The comedy was written by two practicing medical doctors, brothers Doug and Scott Gordon, M.D., and directed by Stephen Maddocks, and co-produced by Donald Tynes. The film was developed and produced in conjunction with National Lampoon.

National Lampoon Presents RoboDoc stars Alan Thicke (Growing Pains), David Faustino (Married With Children), Corin Nemec (Parker Lewis Can’t Lose), David DeLuise (Wizards of Waverly Place), Michael Winslow (Police Academy), John Byner (Soap), and introduces Will Haze as RoboDoc. The film takes an insider satirical look at sleazy lawyers, heartless insurance companies, and at the current state of healthcare in the U.S. The film had its theatrical premiere on May 10, 2008 at Hard Rock Live in Universal City Walk, Orlando.
