Call For Films for Indus Film Festival

Precept Productions, a media arm of Precept Global Access focused on developing entertainment content for television and film, announced a call for films to be featured at its first annual Colors of Indus Film Festival. The event will be held in Fremont, California, from 12pm to 11pm on December 9th.

The Indus Film Festival features films that celebrate Southeast Asian filmmakers and films that are suitable for family viewing, mostly with English subtitles.

“Precept Productions is organizing and hosting the 1st annual Indus Film Festival to showcase films developed by Pakistani and Indian film makers and to raise awareness of the excellent and innovative work being created for the Southeast Asian audience,” said Shoieb Yunus, Managing Director of Precept. “We encourage film makers to use our venue to promote and raise awareness for their best works.”

Submitting Films

Precept Productions invites independent producers and filmmakers to submit films for the 1st Annual Indus Film Festival in every family-oriented genre and format, such as feature films, short films, music videos and documentaries. The deadline for entries is Monday, November 20th, 2006.
