Rethink

Rethink is an entertainment design firm also known as Rethink Leisure and Entertainment. The company was founded in 2013 by Scott Ault, who is the President & CEO, and Josh Updike, who is the Chief Creative Officer. Rethink designs experiences of all sorts, including theme parks, attractions, live shows and exhibits.

Prior to joining Rethink, Scott worked for more than three decades in the entertainment industry, including eight as Chief Operating Officer at BRC Imagination Arts. During his tenure, he oversaw dozens of international award-winning projects. Josh Updike was previously the Executive Show Producer for Rethink Attractions. Before opening his own firm, Josh worked for Walt Disney Imagineering, Landmark Entertainment Group and Universal Creative.
