Paul W.S. Anderson is attached to produce the crime thriller Outsourced, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Outsourced is based on a forthcoming novel titled 28 Minutes, written by Dave Zeltserman (Small Crimes, Pariah, Fast Lane), about some software engineers that are hunted by Boston and Russian mobsters after planning a bank robbery.
