Thalmus Rasulala (as Roy) says to Pam Grier (as Aretha) after Grier attempts to convince Rasulala's character to back down from a conflict with Rasulala's long time friend Fred Williamson (as Duke Johnson). Williamson has been pushing back against Rasulala's new-found control of the racially divided city they both grew up in, that's since become rampant with corruption and vices.
