The Jersey Shore Film Festival showcases the talents of up-and-coming filmmakers, actors and industry leaders from far and wide, with a receptive, anxious audience and an enormous opportunity to network. JSFF looks to promote works which attain a professional artistic integrity without compromising the need to entertain.
Various prizes will be awarded, including Best Feature, Short, Short-short, and Music Video; Jersey’s Best, for home-state productions; the Environmentally Friendly Award; the “Documentaries We Care About” Award; plus honors in JSFF’s Guns or Roses competition and East Coast/West Coast face-off. Festival films screen at both the extravagant Axelrod Theater, featuring a grand movie palace interior with 500 seats and a state-of-the-art projection and sound system, as well as in a 175-seat film salon, providing a more intimate setting for Q&A’s with Jersey Shore filmmakers.
