The 12th Annual Boston Underground Film Festival is an annual celebration of films that push boundaries in form and content, and engage viewers in thought-provoking dialogue. Each year, the Festival unearths a program of truly unique films, often bizarre and always rarely accessible to audiences. Located in historic Harvard Square, BUFF attracts over 3,000 loyal film-goers. BUFF has hosted such underground legends as George A. Romero, Lloyd Kaufman, Lucky McKee, Angela Bettis, and most recently Frank Henenlotter.
