St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival 2009

SJIWFF is a charitable organization established in 1989 to support and promote women filmmakers through an annual film festival and various satellite events.

Numerous SJIWFF selections have gone on to great success, including DOWN TO THE DIRT, which screened at the Toronto International Film Festival, and took home numerous awards at the Atlantic Film Festival. The Festival’s five-day Film Forum offers an intimate networking experience, with face-to-face meetings, relevant panels, master classes and hands-on workshops.
