The Solar One Green Energy, Arts & Education Center is a solar-powered green energy, arts and education center located along the East River at Service Road East and 23rd Street, in New York City. The facility’s stated mission is to empower learning & innovation that result in more sustainable and resilient urban environments. Solar One delivers environmental education programing to New Yorkers of all ages throughout the five boroughs. They also host arts-related special events at Stuyvesant Cove Park located on the East River.
