According to the The Hollywood Reporter, Rogue Pictures has purchased the film rights to an upcoming vampire comic book titled Blood on the Tracks, and have setup Neill Dela Llana and Ian Gamazon to write and direct the big screen adaptation. Michael Zoumas will produce via his Zoom Entertainment banner, and Barry Levine is producing via the formed company Blatant Pictures.  The story of Blood on the Tracks revolves ….
