Pop culture exhibition company Reed POP was founded in 2006, when Reed Exhibitions mounted the very first New York Comic Con. Today, Reed POP is the largest event organizer of its kind, running 27 shows around the globe, making use of the massive resources of the largest event company on earth.
According to its website, as of 2016 Reed Pop had hosted 1,853,481 attendees at its 27 events, featured 9,550 exhibitors, organized more than 3,120 hours of content, had 57 billion media impressions, with an audience that was 62% male and 67% 18 to 34 year olds.
It looks like one building can no longer handle all of the content that’s coming to New York Comic-Con these days.
