Proyas to helm Robert Heinlein sci-fi adaptation

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Phoenix Pictures is developing a feature based on a Robert Heinlein novela titled The Unpleasant Profession of Jonathan Hoag, which will be written and directed by Alex Proyas (I, Robot, Dark City). Proyas is currently finishing the thriller Knowing starring Nicolas Cage, which is due on March 20, 2009.
