United Palace Theatre

After a successful fundraising campaign to purchase a digital projector, the last Loew’s “Wonder Theatre” built in New York City – today called United Palace Theatre – screened its first movie in more than 44 years, Casablanca. The theater was originally called the Loew’s 175th Street Theatre and opened in 1930 as a 3,444 seat movie theater.
