Honor Blackman (1964)

On this day in 1964, Honor Blackman, most famous for her role as Pussy Galore in Goldfinger, shot her last The Avengers episode, titled “Lobster Quadrille.” Blackman – who played Catherine Gale in the classic British spy series – was replaced by Diana Rigg, who played the character Emma Peel.
