Horror-themed apparel manufacturer Fright-Rags has revealed it’s entry into the upcoming 20th Century Fox Alien Day – hashtag #AlienDay426 – a major social media promotion surrounding the soon-to-be-resurrected Alien franchise. The company released an image of it’s Alien-themed t-shirt design on its official Instagram feed, which you can see below. There you’ll find the full list of activities taking place in support of Alien Day on April 26th, the studio’s promotional event supporting Ridley Scott’s upcoming Alien: Covenant and the re-launch of the franchise. One of the biggest activities will be Alien & Aliens will return to movie theaters on April 26th across the U.S. In more than 20 cities, including Austin, New York, Los Angeles and Dallas. Participating Alamo Drafthouse locations, as well as partner venues, will showcase a double-feature presentation of the iconic sci-fi horrors.
Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products has kicked off an out-of-this-world celebration of the ALIEN franchise culminating with a special 24 hour, fan-focused social media event on April 26th – a nod to LV-426, the planet from the iconic ALIEN films. ALIEN DAY (#AlienDay426) to encompass a wide range of executions including nationwide screenings, never-before-seen consumer product activations and the launch of the ALIEN: Ultimate Trivia Challenge, allowing fans to test their ALIEN knowledge – with the chance to win memorable prizes every 42.6 minutes on Twitter. As part of this celebration, Fright-Rags has teamed up with Twentieth Century Fox to create a special edition t-shirt – limited to only 426 – featuring incredible artwork by Dan Mumford and will be available in sizes S-5X, Girls S-2X. These will be available only at fright-rags.com starting on April 26.
