Grindhouse entry Black Dynamite movie trailer

Black Dynamite is a true Blaxploitation film, and doesn’t try to hide it. It knows what it is. The indie-produced film stars Michael Jai White, Salli Richardson, Arsenio Hall, Tommy Davidson, Kevin Chapman, Roger Yuan, Lauren Kim, Jesse Lewis IV, Jessica Moreno, Larnell Stovall, Charlotte Stokely, Byron Minns, Jimmy Walker Jr., Nakia Syvonne, Jon Kent Ethridge, Al Vicente, Neil Lewis, Sean Christopher, Jason Edwards, Sorana Black, Alexis McCombs, and Cory Gluck.

Black Dynamite features everything you would expect from a 1970’s Blaxploitation film; sex, violence, and crime. I think they even got the same voice-over guy who worked on Tarantino’s Grindhouse. It’s scheduled for release sometime in 2008. I am hoping for a double feature with Larry Bishop’s Hell Ride. That would be sweet.
