Reed Pop has revealed the complete panels list for the 2013 edition of New York Comic-Con. As with previous years, there is a concentrated focus on television and comics panels. Highlights for the film-related panels include: Zoë Bell will preview her new action film Raze; Twilight’s Kellan Lutz and famed action movie director Renny Harlin will preview their film collaboration Hercules: The Legend Begins; Spike Lee and the cast of the OldBoy will premiere scenes from the remake of the cult classic; and a screening of the Stars Darryl Hannah & Anthony Michael Hall horror film Zombie Night. The star-packed event will also feature Q&A panels with Anthony Daniels, a Superman 75th Celebration with various incarnations of the character and a 25th Anniversary Celebration of Chucky with the creators & cast of the new film. I just want to note that OldBoy stars Elizabeth Olsen, Sharlto Copley, Samuel L. Jackson, Josh Brolin, Hannah Simone, Michael Imperioli, James Ransone, Grey Damon and Lance Reddick, however, there is no specifics on which cast members will be able to make the show. However, should Spike Lee himself show up, it would mark his New York Comic-Con premiere.

There’s also a “secret” panel listed for Friday that’s simply called “Fox Special Panel,” with a description that reads “Come check out the hottest new films from 20th Century Fox!” We all know that the big films coming out for Fox include The Maze Runner, X-Men: Days of Future Past and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. I can not confirm (YET) which of these films will be previewed, but I will update this story as soon as I have more information on the featured cast and films that will land at New York Comic-Con for 2013.

New York Comic-Con’s star-studded guest list includes Sylvester Stallone, William Shatner, Chloë Grace Moretz, Scott Snyder, Joe Quesada, R.L. Stine, and others, with more additions expected to be announced soon. These stars will join some of the entertainment industry’s most influential companies including Marvel Entertainment, DC Comics, Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, SEGA, and many, many more.

New York Comic-Con, which takes place from October 10 – 13, is the East Coast’s largest popular culture convention with the latest and greatest in comics, graphic novels, anime, manga, video games, toys, movies and television. The show’s panels and autograph sessions give fans a chance to interact with their favorite creators, while screening rooms feature sneak peeks at films and television shows months before they hit either big or small screens. The event is the second largest pop culture convention in America and the only one that takes place in the comic book, publishing, media, and licensing capital of the world — Gotham City.
