Universal Studios has released a new teaser trailer has been released for the upcoming Tim Story (Fantastic Four, Think Like a Man, Barbershop) action comedy Ride Along.
Ride Along stars Kevin Hart as Ben, a high-school security guard, and Ice Cube as James, a tough-as-nails Atlanta police detective. The movie follows Ben’s attempts to prove he’s worthy of marrying James’ sister, Angela (Tika Sumpter). To do this, James invites Ben on a 24-hour ride along designed to scare the would-be police officer.
Ride Along is scheduled to hit theaters on January 17, 2014. Universal must have high hopes that the chemistry between Kevin Hart and Ice Cube works, because there’s already an IMDB page for Ride Along 2.
