Leonardo DiCaprio and Michele Williams have a moment in Shutter Island

Spike TV has debuted a new trailer for Martin Scorsese’s suspense thriller Shutter Island, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams, Patricia Clarkson and Max von Sydow.

Shutter Island centers on two U.S. Marshals, Teddy Daniels (DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the cost of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island’s fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane.

Shutter Island, which is based on a novel by Dennis Lehane, opens in theaters on February 19, 2010.
