On Tuesday, November 25th 2008, Echo Bridge will release on DVD for the first time, Tantrums and Tiaras: The Director’s Cut – the full-access behind-the-scenes look at Sir Elton John’s life while he toured in 1995.     Oh so many are my favourites! I adore Elton John and so does my mom. She has alzheimers but we regularly watch Sir Elton’s 60th Bday on DVD and she cries and sings every time. (apologies for the unnecessary info) Mom and I would get such pleasure from this!

    My favorite Elton John songs would be Bennie and The Jets because it just makes you wanna get up and dance. And Funeral For A Friend. I’ve told all my family that’s the song I’d like played at my funeral. Morbid reason for liking a song, huh?

    I have to Say Rocket Man is my favorite song of all time and my favorite Elton John Song. My second favorite is Take Me To The Pilot. Rocket Man is a song that starts off strong and stays strong all the way through. Love the ending, especially his live versions. I always get caught singing this in the car when it is playing. One of my favorite written songs by Elton is Take me to The Pilot. This one really has me thinking when I hear it.
